According to reports, Jennifer Aniston has filed a restraining order against 24 year old, Pennsylvania resident, Jason Peyton who was arrested Thursday while seen traipsing around Jennifer Aniston’s Hollywood Hills home. The LAPD claim that when they arrested Jason Peyton they found duct tape, sharp objects, a bag, and written messages about his plans to marry Jennifer Aniston. Reportedly, Police were tipped off eight days before Jason Peyton’s arrival when his father found a note telling of his son’s cross-country trip to California.

To comply with the restraining order, Jason Peyton must not come within 100 yards of Jennifer Aniston’s homes, places of business, agents, or any of her other managers. 

In the past, Jason Peyton has allegedly been arrested for stalking related charges and institutionalized for his psychosis. A hearing is scheduled for August 9th.

No surprise, James Franco is rejoining the cast of General Hospital, playing the role of Franco the mysterious character who wants to wreak mayhem on all of Port Charles. 

When James Franco was asked to rejoin the cast he was more than overjoyed seeing that it had been such a great success saying, “Working on General Hospital was a great experience. I love the cast, writers, directors and producers. They have become a new family for me. I can’t wait for the work we will do this summer.” 

According to rumors, James Franco even suggested an idea for one of the episodes in which the cast would film in the Museum of Contemporary Art in New York instead of just a set. Another surprise, James Franco’s mom will also be joining the cast playing the part of “Franco’s mother” on a upcoming episode.

General Hospital will premiere its 49th season this fall on ABC.

The Miley Cyrus Taylor Momsen Fued

Looks like Hannah Montana’s Miley Cyrus and Gossip Girl’s Taylor Momsen are soon to be in an all out war. Miley was a fan of Taylor’s until Taylor used some choice words to describe Miley’s musical career. According to reports, the feud began when Taylor Momsen made her distaste known for Miley Cyrus calling Miley “Disney bubblegum (expletive)”.

Reps for Miley Cyrus say that the reason for the “Miley Cyrus Taylor Momsen fued” is pure jealousy, saying that Taylor Momsen knows Miley Cyrus has talent and Taylor sees her as a threat. Another source says that Taylor Momsen is just desperate for fame saying, ”All she does is parade around in her underwear.”

Maybe Miley Cyrus’ reps shouldn’t be so hypocritical; considering that both stars have one thing in common, they both act a bit raunchy for their age.
